How we work

Individual tasks become coordinated care when routines, responsibilities and communication are agreed from the start.

  1. Getting started

A first conversation about your property, how you use it and what you expect. If it fits, we visit the property or arrange a detailed video walk-through.

  2. Handover

Keys and access, equipment, existing contracts and suppliers, house rules and special instructions are recorded. You know what we know.

  3. Organisation

We set up routines for bookings, turnovers, inspections and repairs, and agree limits for costs and decisions.

  4. Ongoing communication

You have one point of contact. Updates follow the rhythm we agreed, and anything unusual is reported promptly.

From single tasks to coordinated care

A booking triggers a turnover. A turnover reveals a dripping tap. A repair needs access while no guests are in. We keep these threads together so that you do not have to.

Working with external specialists

Not every task is carried out by On Top itself. When specialist work is needed, this is how it usually works:

  1. The need is assessed and described first.
  2. Suitable specialists are requested or coordinated.
  3. Scope, timing, costs and execution are agreed, wherever possible before work starts.
  4. You are informed about relevant work.

We cannot promise that every service is provided by us directly or that a particular partner is available at any given time.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about your property. We will explain how care could look in your case.
