What this policy covers
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website, send an owner inquiry or send a partner application.
Visiting the website
When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not embed maps or social media plugins.
Owner inquiries
If you use the contact form, we process the details you provide: name, email address, optional phone number, the location and type of your property, the optional number of properties, the services you are interested in and your message. We use this data only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer.
Partner applications
If you use the partner form, we process: company or full name, optional contact person, email address, optional phone number, trades and services, area covered, a short introduction and, optionally, availability, website link and details of licences, insurance or certificates that you choose to mention. We use this data to review a possible cooperation and, where agreed, to keep you in an internal contact list. The form does not allow file uploads. We do not ask for or store documents through this website.
Legal basis
We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a possible contract and on the basis of your consent given in the form. Where applicable, this corresponds to Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR. The applicable legal framework, including Israeli privacy law, must be confirmed.
Email delivery
Form submissions are forwarded to us by email through an email delivery service acting on our behalf. The provider and any transfer outside your country will be named here once the service is set up.
Retention
Inquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were sent, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Concrete retention periods will be defined here.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
