Your holiday property. Professionally cared for.
Rentals, guest care, cleaning and maintenance, with one point of contact for your property.

Less to organise. One person who knows your property.
Holiday homes need attention between every stay, and even more when you live far away. We take the day-to-day coordination off your hands and keep you informed.
Less organisational work
Bookings, turnovers and small repairs are coordinated for you instead of by you.
One point of contact
One person to call, one thread to follow, whether the topic is a guest or a leaking tap.
Coordinated routines
Booking, stay and cleaning are planned as one sequence, so each guest arrives to a prepared home.
Regular eyes on the property
Visits between stays help spot wear, damage or maintenance needs early.
Transparent coordination
You hear about relevant work before it happens, and what was done afterwards.
Three areas of care
Choose the full package or only the parts you need. The scope is agreed with you.

Rentals and guest care
Listings, booking management, guest communication and a smooth check-in and check-out.
Property management and maintenance
Inspections, upkeep and repairs, coordinated with suitable specialists when needed.
Cleaning and turnover
Cleaning, linen changes and careful preparation before every new arrival.
How working together starts
A working model, adjusted to your property and the scope you choose.
Get to know the property
We talk about your home, how you use it and what you need.
Agree the scope
Together we decide which tasks we take on and how we report back.
Handover and set-up
Keys, access, suppliers and routines are documented and organised.
Ongoing care
Day-to-day coordination, with regular check-ins with you.
Who we work for
Owners of a single holiday apartment
One property that should be looked after properly between stays.
Owners of holiday houses
Larger homes with gardens, pools or technical systems that need regular attention.
Owners of several properties
Multiple units that benefit from one consistent way of working.
Owners who live elsewhere
For people who cannot be on site regularly, whether abroad or in another city.
Care you can follow
We do not ask you to take our word for it. We work in a way that makes responsibilities and decisions visible.
- Clear responsibilities
- It is agreed in advance who handles what, and who decides on costs.
- Documented handover
- Access, equipment, suppliers and special instructions are recorded at the start.
- Traceable routines
- Turnovers, visits and repairs follow set steps rather than improvisation.
- Honest communication
- If something goes wrong, you hear about it from us, together with the next step.

Frequently asked questions
For owners
Which tasks can you take on?
Rental organisation and guest communication, check-in and check-out, cleaning and linen, inspections, and the coordination of maintenance and repairs. The exact scope is agreed with you for each property.
Can I book individual services only?
Yes, that is possible. Some owners want full rental management, others only cleaning, inspections or repair coordination. We will tell you honestly if a combination does not work well in practice.
How does the handover work?
We visit the property, record keys and access, equipment, existing suppliers and any special instructions, and agree routines with you. Only then does ongoing care begin.
How are maintenance and repairs agreed?
We assess the issue first, then either handle it within the agreed scope or obtain a suitable specialist. Scope, timing and costs are discussed with you in advance wherever possible, following the rules we agree at the start.
How do I stay informed?
You have one point of contact. How often and in what form you hear from us, for example after each turnover or in a regular summary, is part of what we agree.
How is an individual offer prepared?
After a first conversation and, ideally, a visit, we prepare an offer based on your property, its location and the scope you choose. There is no fixed package you have to fit into.
For partners
Which businesses can apply as partners?
Handymen, plumbers, electricians, air conditioning and HVAC technicians, bathroom and renovation firms, painters, carpenters, cleaning and laundry services, gardeners, pest control and other property services.
How does a partner application work?
You send the partner form. We review your details and may ask follow-up questions or suggest a conversation. If there is a fit, we agree how and when we might work together.
Will partners be commissioned automatically?
No. An application is not a commission and does not create a right to jobs or to being listed. Work is only commissioned case by case.
What information should a business send?
Your trade and services, the area you cover, a short introduction and realistic availability. Licences, insurance or certificates can be mentioned if you hold them. Please do not send documents yet; we will ask if they are needed.
Tell us about your property.
Where it is, what kind of property it is and which help you are looking for. We review each inquiry and reply personally.
